Rene Crites Management/Executive Recruiter

Rene Crites joined M. Thrailkill & Associates in September of 2004 as Office Manager and Executive Administrative Assistant.  In May of 2010, Rene was promoted to the position of Management Recruiter.  Rene brings six years of experience supporting the recruiting staff at M. Thrailkill & Associates.  Additionally she has 2 years experience supporting clients in unit level recruitment.  Rene enjoys supporting the recruiting needs of quality hiring organizations and the opportunity to meet and work with different people.        Rene has a rich background in customer service, sales, and education.  Prior to joining M. Thrailkill & Associates, she worked for Express Personnel Services, a full service staffing agency providing staffing solutions specializing in office services.  She joined Express Personnel Services as a Personnel Supervisor and was then promoted to Marketing Representative.  Rene was responsible for recruiting, interviewing, staff placement, exploring new business opportunities with in Express’ current client base, as well as bringing in new clients.   Prior to Express Personnel Services, Rene was a Telephone Research Interviewer for Westat.  In this role Rene conducted research interviews for entities such as the California State Department of Health, Medicare, the National Department of Transportation, the National Department of Education, and the Urban Institute.  During her time with Westat, Rene had the opportunity to interface with people throughout the country on a wide range of topics.  Prior to this, Rene worked in public education for a number of years as a Paraprofessional and Substitute Teacher.   Rene spends her time “off hours” with her husband and two children.  She is a proud volleyball mom and volunteers her time with the Boys and Girls Club in her local community.  She enjoys playing Texas Hold’em, camping, gardening, attending sporting events, and spending quality time with her friends and family.
