Client information relating to recruiting searches will be disclosed only as is necessary to allow potential candidates to determine their interest.

Candidate information will only be submitted to clients with the consent of the candidate as part of the candidate presentation and client consideration process.

M. Thrailkill & Associates will maintain control of access to the confidential information until such time as it is destroyed.
