M. Thrailkill & Associates works on a hourly, retained and/or
contingency basis with its clients. All fees are paid for by the
employer.
Our fees are determined by a number of qualifiers including position,
volume of recruiting assignments being offered and guarantee period.
Our goal is to build relations with Employers of Choice so we can better
meet the career goals of professionals, while providing our clients the
people to support their growth initiatives.
We support our clients in their search for field and corporate
personnel. Disciplines we have experience recruiting for include
Operations, Marketing, Human Resources, Purchasing, Training, Real
Estate, Construction and Finance.
Field Management positions including Field Recruiters, Human Resource
Managers, Training Managers, Multi Unit Supervisors, Marketing Managers
are generally placed for a fee of 15 to 20% of the annual base salary of
the professional hired.
Corporate Management positions including Director of Operations,
Director of Human Resources, Director of Marketing, Construction
Manager, Real Estate Manager, Facility Manager, etc. are generally
placed for a fee of 20% of the annual base salary of the professional
hired.
Corporate Management positions including Vice President and Senior level
positions within all disciplines are generally placed for a fee of 20 to
25% of the annual base salary of the professional hired.
Our guarantees are generally 90 days from the candidates start date. If
an error was made in the selection of the candidate or for some reason
the candidate hired does not work out, we will replace that candidate
once, at no charge. This is based upon receiving the placement fee
within thirty days of the candidates start date. |
